Our 90-day money-back guarantee
Try it with your dog for 90 days. If it isn't right for your dog, send it back and get your money back, even if it's opened and used. No forms, no fuss.
The 90 days run from the day you receive your order. If it arrives in several parcels, they run from the day the last parcel arrives. The guarantee covers every product we sell, including supplements, shampoos and balms that have been opened.
How to return something
Go to our returns page, bjaf.com/pages/returns-refunds, and enter your order number and email.
Pick what you're returning and tell us why.
Right after you submit, we show you what to do with each item. Some items are sent back with a label. For others we ask for a photo instead. You'll see which before you do anything.
Return shipping
Under the 90-day guarantee, and when something arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, return shipping is on us. If you've simply changed your mind, the cost of the return label is taken off your refund (EUR 8, DKK 60, SEK 90, NOK 95, CHF 8, GBP 7, PLN 35 or CZK 200, in the currency you paid in). You see the amount before you send the parcel.
Your refund
We refund you to the card or account you paid with. If you send something back, we refund you as soon as the carrier has scanned your parcel, so you don't have to wait for it to reach us. If you don't need to send it back, we refund you as soon as your return is approved, usually within a day. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
Damaged or wrong item
Start a return, choose "Arrived damaged" or "Wrong item" and add a photo. You choose a new one or your money back.
Your statutory right of withdrawal
EU law gives you at least 14 days to withdraw from a purchase made online. With us, that period is extended to 90 days, and it also covers opened and used products. To withdraw, tell us clearly within the 90 days: use Withdraw from contract here on our returns page, email support@bjaf.com, or send us the form below. It's enough that you send your message before the deadline.
If you withdraw from your whole order within 14 days of receiving it, we also refund the standard delivery cost you paid. If you return only part of the order, or after the 14 days, we refund the products. We refund no later than 14 days after we receive your notice, and we may wait until we've received the goods or your proof that you've sent them.

Faulty products
This guarantee comes on top of your rights under Danish and EU consumer law, never instead of them. Every Bjaf tool also has a 2-year warranty: send a photo or a short video with your order number, and we'll repair it, replace it or refund you.
