Something broke?Every Bjaf tool has a 2-year warranty. Send a photo or a short video with your order number, and we'll repair it, replace it or refund you.
Return questions
When do I get my money back?
As soon as your return is approved, to the card or account you paid with. If you send something back, we refund you once the carrier has scanned the parcel, so you don't have to wait for it to reach us. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
Does a return cost anything?
Not under our 90-day money-back guarantee, and not when something arrived damaged or wrong. If you've simply changed your mind, the cost of the return label comes off your refund. You see the amount before you send the parcel.
Can I exchange something?
We don't do direct swaps. If something arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, start a return above, choose “Arrived damaged” or “Wrong item” and add a photo. You can ask for a new one or your money back.
Do I need the original packaging?
It helps. Keep the box if you can, so the product travels back safely.
